Terms.
Written short and written plainly, because this is the one page on the site where being clear matters more than being charming. Version 2026-08-27.
What you upload stays yours, and stays your responsibility.
You keep every right you had in the photos, words, music and video you put on a gift page. We take no ownership; we store them and play them back to whoever opens the link, and nothing else. In return you confirm you are allowed to use them: the photos are yours or the people in them are fine with it, the song is yours or you have the right to use it on a private page like this one, and the video is one you made or have the right to use. If a page carries something it shouldn't, the person who answers for it is the person who uploaded it.
About the song and the video.
Every time you attach music or a video to a page you have to tick the box confirming you may use it — one box each. That confirmation is written down at the moment the page is created, alongside the version of these terms you were shown — not to make it harder for you, but so that when somebody asks, there is a real answer instead of a guess. A commercial film or a music video that is not yours has no place here.
What we write down.
For each page made, we store the terms version you agreed to and when you agreed; if the page has a song, when you confirmed the rights to it, and if the page has a video, when you confirmed the rights to that. No IP addresses, no record of who opened the link. Pages made before these terms existed carry none of that, and we are not adding it after the fact: inventing a record of consent nobody gave would be worse than leaving it blank.
When a page comes down.
We take a page down on a credible rights report, or when the content breaks the law. Down means gone: the record and its files are deleted, and the link becomes a blank screen that gives no reason and names nobody. We can end the hosting. We cannot recall the copies that already left — screenshots, saved files, somebody's cache.
Reporting a page.
If a page uses your photo, your song, or something that shouldn't be there, send us the link. You don't need an account to report one.
