One page, paid for once — no subscription. Below is exactly when the money comes back, written plainly so you don't have to guess.

Look at it before you make the link.
While you are writing, the full-screen preview shows exactly what they will see, before any money changes hands. If it is not right, go back and keep editing — the photos and the music you uploaded are still there, nothing to redo. Only pressing Make the link commits you. One look through is the surest way never to need a refund.
Nobody has opened the link: full refund.
What you buy here is a moment, not a file. So while nobody has opened the link, the gift has not been given, and you can change your mind at any point: a full refund, no reason asked. Once the recipient has opened it, that moment has happened, the gift has been delivered, and it cannot be taken back — that is the point after which we cannot refund.
How we know whether it has been opened.
Each page stores exactly one thing: the moment a real person first touched the gift. Three of the templates — Handheld, Keepsake and On the Day — put a door in front of the gift, a seal to press or a box to open, so the moment is when that door opens. The Since template has no door and shows itself straight away, so there the moment is the first touch on the page. Not who they are, not their IP address, not how many times. Merely loading the page is not enough: pasting the link into Zalo or Messenger and letting that service fetch a preview card, or clicking it yourself by mistake and closing it, costs you nothing. That status shows on your My pages list, so you can see it yourself before asking anyone.
Looking at your own page.
It does not count — but only while you are signed in to the account that made the page. That is the only way we can tell you apart from the recipient. Open your own link in a browser where you are signed out, or on someone else's phone, and the system sees a stranger and records the mark. If that happens, write to us: see below.
If you think the mark is wrong.
Write to us. A person looks at it, not a machine. If you opened it yourself while signed out, if somebody clicked it by mistake, or if it is plainly not a gift that was delivered, we can clear the mark and the page goes back to unopened. That is why the sentence above says we cannot refund it, rather than that the door has shut.
If the fault is ours: full refund, no conditions.
If you were charged and the link did not work — the page won't open, the photos don't show, a blank screen — you get everything back, even if the recipient already clicked it. The rule above does not apply here: you paid for a thing that works, and it did not.
When you can ask.
Within 14 days of your payment, and while nobody has opened the link. Both, and it is a full refund. After 14 days there is no refund, even if nobody opened it. Two weeks is wide enough for a gift bought early and waiting for the day, and narrow enough that we can close the books.
How to ask for one.
Send an email to nguyencongtrinhltqb@gmail.com with the page code — the ten characters at the end of the link — or just paste the link itself. That's all: no form, no call centre. We answer within 3 working days.
How the money comes back.
If you paid by card, Paddle refunds that same card; we need nothing further from you and never see the number. Bank transfer is different: a completed transfer cannot be reversed, so we have to ask for the account name and number to send it back. Those details are used for that one refund and then dropped. How long it takes to appear is your bank's business, not ours.
Don't delete the page before you ask.
Deleting a page destroys the evidence that nobody opened it. If you are thinking about a refund, write to us first and delete afterwards — we can still deal with a deleted page, it is just more work for both of us.
If you paid by card.
For international cards, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record and is the name that appears on your statement, not Love Present. Paddle has its own refund policy and may refund independently of anything written on this page. You can come to us or go straight to Paddle — coming to us is usually faster.

This version, and the next one.
This page takes effect on 2026-08-30. When something changes we edit it here and change that date. A change does not apply backwards to a page you have already paid for: your page follows the version that was in force when you bought it.
