What we store about you.
Your account email and password — the password is held hashed by the sign-in service and we cannot read it. The contents of the pages you write: photos, words, music, video. When you accepted the terms and which version you were shown, plus when you confirmed the rights to a song or a video if the page has one. And the payment records: amount, currency, status, and the transaction id the payment provider hands back.
About the person you sent it to, we store exactly one thing.
The moment somebody first opened the gift. No name, no email, no IP address, no browser, no count of visits. That timestamp exists for exactly one reason: to know whether the gift has been delivered, for refunds. The recipient never agreed to anything with us — they were sent a link — so that is all we let ourselves know about them. It is written only when a real person touches the gift: the seal broken, the box opened, the first touch on the page. A link pasted into Zalo or Messenger and fetched by that service's preview scraper does not count, because a scraper never touches anything.
A few numbers about the product.
We do record a handful of events, to know what is actually being used: someone opened an occasion page, someone started writing, someone paid — along with which template and which language. Not who you are, not your IP address, and nothing that can be traced back to a person. This site carries no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel. There is exactly one piece of third-party code: when you choose to pay by card we load Paddle's checkout library from cdn.paddle.com to draw the card form. That code is Paddle's, it sets its own cookies, and it sees your IP address and device details under their policy. It loads only on the payment screen and never on a gift page.
Cookies.
A gift page sets no cookies at all — the recipient needs no account and we do not follow them. On the rest of the site there are two: a sign-in cookie set by the authentication service to keep you in your account, and one remembering whether you chose Vietnamese or English. Both are needed for the site to work and neither is used for advertising. A third appears only if you open the card payment screen: Paddle's, set and controlled by Paddle.
The link is the key.
A gift page has no password: whoever holds the link can open it. The page code is ten random characters, so it cannot be guessed, and we ask search engines not to index these pages. But if the link travels, it still works — pass it on the way you'd hand over a house key.
Who else touches the data.
The database and the storage holding photos, music and video run on Supabase. Card payments go through Paddle; bank transfers go through SePay. The site itself runs on a rented server. Beyond those, nobody receives your data: we do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it.
A page lasts until you delete it, and you can delete it at any time from My pages. Deleted means gone: the record and its files are removed and the link goes back to a blank screen. Payment records outlive the page — a refund dispute usually arrives after the gift is already gone, and a record of money has to last longer than the thing it bought.
When you ask for a refund.
If you paid by bank transfer we have to ask for the account name and account number to send the money back — a completed transfer cannot be reversed. Those two details are used once for that refund, never attached to your account, and deleted from the mailbox once the money has landed. Card payments need none of it: Paddle refunds the same card, and we never see your card number.

This page takes effect on 2026-08-30. When something changes we edit it here and change that date — there is no separate archive. If a change narrows your rights, we email the address on your account before it takes effect.
